Returns lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase arrived, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be damaged in-transit and within 24 hours of receiving the package one should submit the pictures of the same for verification at help.yore@gmail.com. Once our team verifies and approve on the same we will process the refund.

To initiate a return, please email us at help.yore@gmail.com. Upon confirmation, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

Items returned without prior communication will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the situation and make it right.

Exchanges We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, ensure your bank details are up-to-date in your account. We will process your refund directly to your bank account.

Processing time for refunds can vary, so please allow up to a certain number of days for the transaction to post to your account or credit card.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is fully processed.

Cancellations You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at help.yore@gmail.com.

Cancellation requests received after dispatch details and tracking information have been shared will not be honoured.

Please note, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any stage of the processing at our sole discretion.
